To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with bmw3, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party or organisation.
• You have not previously had an account closed or permanently excluded by bmw3 for violation of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other person in connection with your account activity.
• You have not been diagnosed with, and are not currently suffering from, a known gambling addiction without having received appropriate professional treatment.

bmw3 employs automated age-verification checks at registration and manual document review during the KYC process. Any player who provides false information regarding their age or identity during registration commits fraud and may be subject to legal action in addition to immediate account closure. All funds held in an underage account will be returned to the originating payment method following verification of the refund destination — no additional payments or winnings will be made.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the bmw3 platform:

• Players may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in their own name. Third-party payment arrangements are strictly prohibited and will result in withdrawal rejection and potential account suspension.
• bmw3 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees; bmw3 has no control over or liability for such charges.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a fraud and security review. bmw3 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Players whose accounts have not yet completed KYC verification are subject to a standard withdrawal limit. Completing full KYC verification unlocks higher withdrawal limits as stated in the Account section of the platform.
• bmw3 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the player's account balance if the request cannot be processed within 72 hours due to technical or verification issues. The player will be notified and may resubmit the withdrawal once the issue is resolved.
• Deposits made in error (incorrect amounts, duplicate transactions) must be reported to [email protected] within 24 hours. bmw3 will investigate and correct verified errors but is not liable for errors reported after this window.

Game Results and Disputes:

• All game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified RNG. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the game provider's server logs are the definitive record and will be used to resolve the dispute.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault before its natural conclusion, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's standard interrupted-game policy. bmw3 will credit or void the relevant wager in line with the provider's determination.
• bmw3 is not liable for any loss of winnings or wagers resulting from network connectivity issues on the player's side. A stable internet connection is the player's responsibility.
• Any suspected malfunction of a game must be reported to support immediately. Continued play after a known or suspected malfunction may result in winnings from the affected session being voided.

Sports Betting Rules:

• All sports bets placed on bmw3 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to the sports betting rules published in the Sportsbook section of the platform.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet. Pre-match odds are locked at the time of placement. In-play odds fluctuate and are confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted by the system.
• bmw3 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error. Players will be notified and the staked amount returned to their balance.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day are published in the Sportsbook terms. Winnings exceeding these limits will be paid up to the published maximum; the excess will not be paid.

bmw3 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated betting software (bots). Any player found engaging in such activity will have their account closed immediately and all funds — including deposits and winnings — frozen pending investigation. bmw3 reserves the right to report such activity to relevant authorities.

bmw3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity.
• Registration of duplicate accounts or abuse of the bonus and promotions system.
• Engagement in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward bmw3 staff or other players.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below).

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your bmw3 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. bmw3 will process account closure requests within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable pending wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement at the time of closure are forfeited.

Dormant Accounts: An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. bmw3 will notify the account holder at the registered email address 30 days before dormancy status is applied. Dormant accounts with a real-money balance may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 or 5% of the remaining balance per month (whichever is lower) after the dormancy threshold is reached, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling for a fixed period or permanently may activate self-exclusion via their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options range from 1 week to permanent closure. During any self-exclusion period, login is blocked, marketing communications are suspended, and the player may not circumvent the exclusion by creating a new account.
